Machine constantly say paper is low even when it is full. Customer can't print or make copies because of paper tray issues. I've tried everything to fix this. Any suggestions??

Are you sure it says 'paper is low'? or does it say "LOAD PAPER" if so change in Paper settings to 'PAPER SIZE OVERRIDE'.
