    Hi

Sounds like the cassette lift not working. Unscrew the back cover and check it

      Hi Thax for Reply.

when i insert the 1 cassette in machine there is some lifting sound ( tik tik tik tik ) came out. but no cassette detect on screen.

i think motor is working. gear is ok.

The lifters would lift but the cassette would be grayed out and would not able to be used.

so your panel does not show cassette ???

Try Clearing Common Copy Settings in Additional Function

lifting takes place all the way up > until paper present is detected.> if no paper is present at sensor arm angle signal > u receive "add paper"

        does lifting stop ?
u see add paper message ?

Very common fault on this series.

After you close the cassette & the ticking stops, open the tray, does the lifter plate drop down? if yes then it's a sensor fault, if the lifter plate doesn't lift then it's mechanical.

You can strip the C1 feed unit, usually a worn gear or cam, but personally I simply replace the complete unit, they're not too expensive.
