    [Jamming] Canon IR3570

    Initially the machine was jamming and showing error code E00007-000 and I changed the fuser sleeve and the lower roller. the code has been cleared but A4 and A3 sheet always keep jamming only A4R print fine.
    please help.......

    I belive that the film sleeve doesn't turn in right speed,maybe grease problem.Are the pressure bushings worn/"dusting"?

          Did you clean the old grease off and put new "good" grease on the heater element? Are the copies blurry? If so, that could be a sign of bad or no grease. Also paper moisture this time of year causes lots of problems. Paper runs better in the R direction when humidity is high

            0108 code is a delay jam to the No.1 delivery sensor, PS14.

            Check the operation of the Fixing delivery reverse flapper

            checked delivery shaft ?
            coping or printing or both ?
            is this from any paper source?

              I cleaned the old grease out and put new good grease
              the R direction only jam for the first two copies when the printer is turned on but the A3 always keep jamming

                Black damper pads for delivery flapper probably worn and sticky. Those will cause 0108 jam
