Hi,
Please I need help about wrinkled paper in IR2016. it runs correctly without jaming, but crinkled in the middle of the copy .

Maybe there is dirty on the guide before the roller pressure.........you can try to clean it.

1.) It could be the paper supply. If it is humid, damp outside (machine near outside or window open) or you have not been printing daily the paper can take on humidity and then when heated in the machine the paper changes shape under the fuser's heat.

2.) Check the fuser rollers and bushing/bearing to the fuser rollers for damage (the press roller or lower fuser roller) and the pressure between fuser rollers, called nip pressure. The nip pressure is usually 8-10mm approx equal from one side to the other side with a +/- 1mm in the middle for an approx. spec.
