Hi guys, I have to attend the above m/c after my colleague attended, he relpaced all the drums but the errors remain. Not seen this error myself before, anyone had this?

    Thanks

He is a new tech so maybe not cleaned the laser glass, hopefully that's all it is! however he's also reporting that there's also a E020-1260 error, related to cyan?

        Hi Copier Tech,

It could be as simple as the laser needing cleaning as these machines run very dirty after a while if not serviced. Also i have had the shutter levers and locks break in my machines due the very strong springs springs used to tension the locks and levers.

        Hope the below info helps......

In My IRAC2020 Troubleshoot guide if found the below info:

Thanks for the info guys, just been in, cleaned the laser & patch sensors, ran auto grad m/c is now fine.
Funny system having a shutter over the lens, had to read the manual to work out how to clean the laser glass!

I find it easier to remove the laser than use that laser cleaning arm.

Dont know why he removes the low voltage pcb though
