Yes,they may be fine when metered but when flex cable bent sometimes fail to conduct.

Take a good clean to white refference underneath glass and test.
Had once a bad CIS motor leading to this error.

U could also have a voltage supply issue or improper ground V from outlet

Hi , If you changed the CIS and cable but the error still appears,You must Use FirmwareUpdateTool .

I had this before, theres a CIS setup you need to run in service mode, you don't need to replace the CIS, check the service manual
