    canon IR1023

Customer said they are having quality issues, lines
etc. They never had a drum so I was going to order
that. Anything else besides drum and fuser that
would cause quality issues? Any other PM items I
should get when I order drum?

    Thanks in advance

go for the drum only since they never changed it before, that line usually has developing cylinder problems also, but for now the drum is probably enough

Thanks for the reply. Do I need to reset or calibrate anything after replacing the drum?

I agree. Usually that is the most replaced part. Make sure optics are clean.
