[Error Code] Canon IR 3380i Error Code E000067-0101

When all was well with my print quality thanks to you guys, my IR3380i is just showing E000067-0101 and asking me to shut down the machine which i have done the whole day yesterday. i urgently need help from you guys to finish an urgent printing assignment.

This error is :

High voltage-related error (Primary transfer)
The first detected current of primary transfer ATVC is the threshold or more.

Check on the primary transfer roller spring, Clean the position
where the primary transfer roller contacts, Replace the primary
transfer roller, Replace the drum unit
Check a value of COPIER> DISPLAY> MISC> DRM-LIFE,
and replace the drum unit if the value is near 100 because the
drum may have reached its life expectancy.

In other words one of the drums is probably gone.

Generic Drums ? thats the kinda thing we would see on previous IR B/W machines with a generic drum. Generic drums are out there for the C3000 series.

had the same code on same machine. i had to replace all the drums because their counts were all over 100%. fixed the issue.

This is a common problem especially after replacing drum . Make sure software is up to the latest and greatest. Canon released new software to fix this. If it's up to date and not fixed then u r gonna need to replace itb assy.

If ITB is old & over percentage on Black Drum-

I recommend to replace the ITB Assembly & all DRUMS at same time/

Yeah I agree, seeing this error a lot now. New ITB & black drum usually sorts it.
