Re: IR ADV C5030 Booklet with Cover
Done.
It still works.
IMPORTANT NOTE: on OS X Yosemite UFRII v10.06.00 Printer Driver
If you have installed a prior version of the printer driver, after installing the new version of the printer driver, delete and reinstall the printer in [Print & Fax] or [Print & Scan] of [System Preferences]
Just to be sure, I downloaded the UFRII V10.06.00 driver from the Canon USA website again. I then removed the printer and added it again.
I also tried enabling the IPP protocol in the printer and registering the printer as an IPP printer. Same issue.
It seems like bidirectional communication is working.
I still get a disabled booklet feature when selecting a non-standard paper size.
When I store half-legal paper to mailbox, and go to print booklet from the printer display, the booklet option is disabled as well. This tells me it may be a printer firmware issue.
Can anyone confirm that printing a booklet on legal paper is, indeed, possible on any of the following: C5030, C7055, C7065
Done.
Printers & Scanners preferences (choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Printers & Scanners)
then delete the old printer queue.
Done.
Try to get Device Status again
then delete the old printer queue.
Done.
Try to get Device Status again
