need help Canon CLC 3200

hi

I have got a Canon CLC3200 the problem is that it only works on 32bit system not on the 64 bit machine. I have tried the drivers on the canon website when the drivers are installed then I send a print the printer say receiving and then the printer cancel the print.

using a windows 7 the port is the standerd tcp. The printer is connect to the router.

What 64bit driver have you tried? Pcl5/6 or UFR?

i have tried the pcl5/6 and the ufr drivers do not work on the 64 bit.

I have noticed that in the service mode the ps/PCL are empty is there a software that I have to update on the printer?

I bet you have a Fiery box attached to the back of the machine.
You need Imagepass C1 or C2 drivers for that

CLC with a fiery box
iRC without a fiery box

try with lpd and Queue print.

i have tried the lpd got no luck. the images i have uploaded in the service mode the ps/pcl there are no numbers
