If u notice on all those open/expanded files that .nfl extension (NFL file extension is associated with the Autodesk AutoCAD a CAD software solution and modeling software for Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS X operating systems. The .nfl file stores multi-line filter.
Autodesk AutoCAD is a CAD development platform that provides tools to build custom AutoCAD-based software products for specific markets (CANON) and extend design information to users outside the traditional CAD community.

Files with the file extension .nfl can only be launched by certain applications.
When u collapse back into it's folder , u will notice if u hold open it properties it will show as empty.

U should just grab that closed folder (SST_iAC2030_v44.01.01) > drag into stick>
iRADVC Printer should be able to recognize Firmware / on stick/ unless Canon programed folder to be registered first .

I have always dragged Models Firmware into a stick,(as u know some models will accept firmware from a stick) be it SST or USB without registering it in SST first/
