No.Wait for 15 min after the machine completes warm-up, and make 20 A4 copies before starting to measure the nip.Be sure that both upper and
lower rollers are sufficiently heated when taking measurements.

You're wondering how you get the nipp pattern.

          Load A3 or Ledger paper.
          Raise the ADF.
Make a black copy, then pop open one of the doors when the paper is in the fuser unit. (It may take you a few tries to figure out the timing.)
          Wait ~15 seconds.
Quickly roll out the jammed paper.
Examine the glossy area where the fuser rollers rested.
Measure the nipp at both ends and center.
          Adjust pressure springs.
          Repeat.

If you've got a damaged or worn roller, install a new one before doing the adjustment. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

To do the NIP check you need to load paper in the bypass, it wont work from the cassettes.

You shoukdn't ever need to ajust the NIP pressure, if you're getting poor fusing etc id look at the upper bushings & bearings, especially the pressure roller bearings.
