I have a jam code of 0107 followed by 09 in next column. Usually that tells me where it was fed from can't find 09 in book. Thanks, Kurt

Re: IR 3035
Could be due to high humidity, a curl in the paper. Also the black flapper on the door has two black pads under it. Those need replaced with the undated white pads. This can stop some of those wierd duplex jams. I think 0108 was another sign for the pads. There are settings in the book to prevent the curl like changing fix temp to 3 .Comment

Re: IR 3035
I would not remove the flapper pads. The reason for the Canon redesign of the black pads was to get rid of the flapper sinking into the pad over time. When its old and flapper has sunk into the pad, the jamming starts. Plus removing the pads doesn't stop jamming! So please upgrade all your machines to the white pads at least on the outside under the flapper.Comment

Re: IR 3035
Its a real mystery because I have stopped the 0208 jam by removing the old sunken in pads and replace them with a new black pad or updated white pad. Have seen peeps remove the pads and still cant get rid of the jams.
I wonder if a worn duplex clutch or belt is also to blame?Comment

Re: IR 3035
This series of machine always jams in the fuser during humid weather.
If the customer does a lot of double siding advice them to use 100gsm paper, slightly thicker it has less tendency to curl & jam on the 2nd side.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

Re: IR 3035
Hi
0208 jam it is stationary jam, could be on duplex section ( by the door, some paper, clutch fault, or sensor fault behind the flapper, you have to check) or the 1st delivery roller ( the bearing could be moved out from the position) and normal it pickup jam 0108, but if it get stack could be 0208 Jam.
Good luckComment
