She is immune to my touch, whats wrong with her?

C451 touch panel/screen not working any more, the buttons work fine, but no matter how many time i touch the display panel, she wont respond(believe me i even tried tickling)

Googled, Digged through the forum, and concluded, only way to fix it is by replacing the Screen, or in this case i replaced the whole Control Unit removed from other c451, and it now adores my touch

I've never tried tickling. Maybe next time. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for the post. It may help me out some day when I'm to stressed to think straight.

Try replacing the DDR2 memory stick. I think it is 512mb.

If you want to get a reaction from your copier by tickling, you have to stick your hand in it's drawers.
