    Printer Prints Lines

I have a photocopier Model C 253. My problem is that the printed page has stright line all over the page, with equal gap between each line of 4 mm. I changed the transfer, calibrated the NVRAM, I made gradation calibration of the machine and nothing helpd, the problem remined the same.
I attached an example of a printed page.
    Thank you,
    Avner.

    Re: Printer Prints Lines

Is that really "8" copies, or is that just the effect of dumping the NVRAM?

They look a little too close together to be the "Lines of Shame", but it might be.
The short version is that if you skip several of the steps in setting up a new Konica Minolta color copier, the machine will indicate this by making these lines on all your prints and copies. I've seen them in magenta or in cyan, but never black or yellow. It may be a consequence of the NVRAM being dumped.

What I would do is find a setup checklist, and do every item on that checklist, in that order, to the letter. If it is the Lines of Shame, it will disappear. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
