hello to all,
i have bizhub 211 i change drum, blade, developer , i copy 50 page and displayed this problem IMG_1201.jpg, when i spin with hand it clean, but when put in machine does clean. any idea ?

It looks like it is pulling dev. Check drum ground and grid.

Looks like the toner recycling isn't functioning. Have a look at the little gears which drive the recycling screw and see also if there is compacted toner in the pipe. Likely there will be noise too from popping gears.
