Correct me if I'm wrong Hans, but I seem to recall that the bizhub 350 hot roller fits. So do the HR claws from the bizhub 500 or 501. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes Cat, its the same as is also with the UFR from the old Di3510. All are the same. We developed a roller which has a much better Teflon surface. The claws I don't know cause we never have to change them strange enough.

What yields are you getting out of your modified rollers?
I'd take a dozen if the price is right

We ourselves are having machines with up to 130K without showing substantial wear until now. I expect them to reach easily 200K or more.

Drop me a mail than I prepare you an offer for 12 pcs.

Re: Bizhub 423 series fusing rollers

Once we switched back to OEM toner we doubled the life of the UFR on these machines. I think it has something to do with the fusing temperature of the toner, so it sticks to the paper rather than sticking to the roller and then being picked up by the thermistors and sep claws and scoring the roller. We also don't get the wear ring on the drum as early as when we were using crappy aftermarket toner, and we tried quite a few suppliers, none of them were any good.

Too bad KM don't offer these rollers as parts, you have to change the whole unit... from what I know, the Katun rollers are no good...

The 200-350s would go 400-500k without problems.

223-423s are lucky to make it to 1st PM without streaks appearing.

Agreed.. Though I've been fortunate enough to warranty a few fusers through KMBS via the Y&PPP.

We use rollers from Image Supply, I think. Part # PP2227U or close to that- just going off memory. Getting 200+K out them which has been better than OEM KM.

Actually might be Precision Roller and the number on the box is 06601.
