    BizHub C654e Printing issue

Customer is reporting that occasionally, when the copier runs out of paper during a print job, once paper is replaced, the job will not resume printing. Anyone else run into this and have a solution? Thanks in advance.

I had this before, I told the customer to be paitent as there is a bit of a delay while the tray lifts etc. I also updated the firmware & set to function version 7
Never heard back after a few months so assume that fixed it.

You might also go to tray settings, and change Auto Tray Switching from Restrict to Allow, then select some trays to auto switch. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yeah tray setting auto switch is a good point, but if that's not set i'd expect it to happen every time the paper runs out.
