My vote is for the grid+corona. Those grids don't seem to like being cleaned, I end up replacing them and the wires pretty often. Really, really, really hate the 420/421 series.
Ok. A weird repeating pattern loke that I just roll one line on top of the next to see the diameter of the roller or gear responsible for the lines.
Because it seems to not entirely affect one edge of the copy I would look at the 2nd transfer roller in the door for a broken gear or something in the cogs.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

These don't have a transfer roller. They have a T/S corona.
The lines only show up on the DV unit and did so on a new one? Check how your DV box is sitting on the tracks when it slides in. They may be messed up and you are damaging the mag roller when sliding it in the machine. That is the only way you are going to get a damaged mag roller in a new dv unit and still have a good drum. Either that or the toner has rocks in it.
