The first pic is the original the second is the copy. You can obviously see the heavy background on the top half, but if you look closely you'll see that the bottom half of the image is repeated/ superimposed on the top half. The drum and Dev both have 750k, the charge coronas and grid have 220k. Any ideas?

Re: 951 CQ weird
Ok I'll admit I've had this same issue on this machine. Replacing charge wires and grid solved the issue then. That was 220k ago. I could order and replace again the charge components and see if it solves the issue, but I'd like to get to the root cause. The machine is only about 2 years old and has over 3 million copies. I don't want to have to come back every 200k to replace coronas. We have at least 10 of these in the field.Comment

Re: 951 CQ weird
Just powering down may make it go away. If it does, you'll probably need the LED printhead. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
