C451 w/ problem of c3423

I have c451 with error code c3423 which means problem in heater unit pressurizing side. I am able to reset it but after a week it happened again.
What i can i do to finally solve it?

The machine is just a week old from installation when the first code c3423 appeared. Anyhow i will try to swap the fusing unit to other c451 machine just to try.

is supply voltage correct? (wall outlet)

Yap the machine is 110 volts connected to a voltage stabilizer.

dedicated outlet

another thing to check, along the lines of the wall outlet - is the outlet a dedicated 20amp outlet. many people are just placing 20 plugs on a 15amp circuit, or using a pig tail to connect to wall.
