Konica C368 Error code 9401

    [Error Code] Konica C368 Error code 9401

    I have an almost new C368 with error code 9401. The scan lamp does not come on our tech support said it was the CCD I replaced it and updated the firmware no change. I think it is either the scan lamp(LED) or the scan drive board. Any ideas am I on the right track?

      I guess you are. Check the voltage on the board.

          Agreed. It shouldn't be hard to read the DC voltage to the LED array. Just raising the lid should light the LEDs.

          So you told tech support that the lamp was not lighting, and they still recommended the CCD? Genius. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Last time I had this code on another machine I ended up replacing the scanner drive board, CCD assy, and mfpb. The mfpb fixed it
