C350 with booklet finisher

I have a C350 that I installed but the folding doesn't show up as an option. If I place the finisher on a C450 it shows the folding option. What do I have to do to get this feature to work on the C350.

Yes I have The hole punch and stapling features

do you have a duplex unit fitted? booklet will not appear if you don't

If the finisher shows up in the driver as an installed option then it is in your settings.
Have you tried different stock sizes and weights?

If it is not showing in the driver, configure the 2-way communication or add the finisher as an option.

Also, you need to exit the program sometimes when reconfiguring the driver.

I'm using an fs-601 and it is not showing up on the op panel, but the fs-601 will show the fold/staple mode on the c450 op panel just fine.
