Anyone have a fix for this?
We have replaced the FSB, Expansion Board and Print Head unit. Still no luck.

Good day you all,

I have got the same problem and mine is a bit different, I have gone to replace Cyan Dev Unit and BOOOOM!! when I turn on the machine it comes with error code C5603. Now machine wont respond even if you re-install the old unit. Please note the machine was not asking for dev unit to be replaced, I had to replace because of copy quality. Any help will be appreciated.

FSB is behind the plate (3 screws) that the DV units hide behind.

also...there is not way to reset this code maybe a service program thanksh

turn it off with the main switch inside the door, hold down panel reset while turning it back on, close the door and hold the reset until you see a black dot in the upper right. you can let go.
next in a few will be a box that says trouble reset. touch it, it should say OK.
power off and wait 10 full seconds and power up.
