[Dead] Ic 601 controller is not connecting to the C6000L. Any one had problem like this?

Hi,

I have problem with connecting controller ic 601 to bh C6000L.

When i turn on the rip fans are constantly working without change of speed and on lower left corner of the display i have message that " controller is not connected" also in the top side of the display dos't show me HDD tab.

If any one know please help me

Maybe the Power Supply in the controller is faulty.
Th eonky think is to try another PSU, because is similar like a Pc but
has 2 different connectors.

the system software could be corrupt, can you web into it?
also try reseating the interface cable a few times on both ends and reboot both.

4 years later?
the 601 is garbage, we swapped all those to Fierys and returned them for credit.
that machine and controller are discontinued now.
