                I managed to solve the problem , after trying everything , exchange resistor equal to the original , exchange fuser without success.I only changed a small board behind the machine.Serial Number: A00J H00C 00 PCB Name : Assembly EEAfter the exchange , the resetou counter, and the problem was solved
