Bizhub 283 copy and print image not ok

Hey,
sorry my english.
have the problem.. see pictures or atachment.
Making bye old image Unit and old Developer Unit.
Y Replace Drum Unit and Developer and solution not work
The problem ist bye Copy and Print from PC.

This testcopy is open ADF and start copy.

Plese can me helph please?

I think you are trying to say you replaced the Drum & Dev and still have bad copy quality. If this is correct did you calibrate the developer & reset drum count?

I know you provided a sky shot but can you post some internal pages, config & demo pages

Yes y have calibratet and counter reset.

The old Imaging Unit make the same problem befor replace the Drum and Developer.
New parts the problem not solverd.

Looks like poor transfer, stop the print half way & look at the image on the drum

Drum ground? Corona grid? If aftermarket drum make sure clip inside drum didn't move.

There are copper contacts that touch the IU, clean these. Also there are copper contacts that touch door when you close, bend these a little to make better contact.

Depending on page count you may need to replace whole developer unit and use OEM drum. Also maybe replace transfer roller.

Just some of my thoughts....

Y have a brandnew OEM from Konica Minolta complet Drum Unit.Include al parts.
contacts is all ok. Developer ist brandnew.

Old parts and new parts same problem.
