I can't do initialize+stabilization after the predrive stabilizing image completed," start " button dimmed.
during stabilizing, I checked the belt and have a thin layer toner coating ( CYMK ), when it finished and checked again and it got clean.

Every time the machine take stabilizing image after warming up, when the process finish the above codes display.
I check drums, developing units, sub hopper section, transfer belt, updated firmware to G00-J9 but the same issue.

      any ideas about that?
Currently having this same issue on a C454e; did you ever figure out the resolution?

Everytime 9902/9903 displayed after running stabilization on startup, I entered service mode and found the TCR ratio were abnormally low, about 2-4%, with P5, P8 and P24.
I reset many times and luckily one time success, so entered service mode again and got manual toner add. After that I checked the TCR all raised to 6-7%.
Restarted the machine, it didn't run stabilization, so I checked TCR once again and no any P codes, it works normally.

Yeah currently going through same thing on a c650i

Like u i eventually got it to not error and do a toner add

I think if its in black priority mode after a trouble reset it does stab until u do a colour job so it allowed it to not realuse it had problems

Does service mode have tbe oil can? Does it say blk drum/Dev. If so Replaced the blk drum. The drum should show signs of blk toner on drum surface that does not come off. Do a trouble reset then run a manual toner add then gradation should fix the 99-03 code

Adding my experience... c300i throwing code 99-03 after long stabilization... TCR levels were 2-4%. Was not allowing manual toner add. So I did real manual toner add...... TCR came to 6-7%, the code changes to 99-13. Tried many times as prescribed above in thread. Finally turned on machine while front cover open. Got into servie mode stabuilize and initialize screen... closed the door the start button enabled for a while...kept tapping the start button...had to do a couple of times by openeing and closing front cover. the machine went into stabilize and all was set.

The procedure that the user ZESTI posted was the solution for another C300i with error 99-03.
