[Error Code] C224e 99-03, 99-03

C224e with 99-02 error, and C99-03 during Imaging Procces Adjustment.

Start button flashing spontaneously blue/red while test print and gives than 99-02.

Feed test all drawers without text is good, when text is on then gives machine during print 99-02 ?
Sensor test are OK

Parts that replace/switched:
Powersupply
Laser unit
High voltage
Board PWB Assembly
Drum units

No solution

Anyone have any suggesties?

Yes firmware update gives no improvement

Firmware= GD2-K9 (new 10-6-2016)

I've got 2 m\c next to each other both were on G20-K7. I am flashing one with GD2-K9 as I am typing so can compare if issue arrises.

I`ve got 2 or 3 machine with this firmware and don`t have problem , SSD version??

Just curious to know whether you resolved this issue and if so what was the final solution.

I have a colleague who is currently experiencing a similar code on a C454e

You may want to check the front door sensors, if they're not registering the front door closed consistently, due to machine vibrations or unstable placement of machine (I've seen it, it does happen), it could very well be throwing a jam code as though the front door had been opened during a job.

I could be wrong, I'm probably wrong, I am often wrong. But check them.

I get this issue today on C450i, display 99-03.
I tried to disconnect PC216 cabinet and the machine operate normally......strange.

The 9903 and 9913 error codes made me crazy, on C450i.
Every time the machine take stabilizing image after warming up, when the process finish the above codes display.
I check drums, developing units, sub hopper section, transfer belt, updated firmware to G00-J9 but the same issue.

any ideas about that?

Can you do Initialize+Image Stabilization in service mode? Can you see patches on belt when during machine trying to stabilize you open side door?
