Just installed a replacement ADF on a C552 and there have been some redesigns to the unit since the original was made. The part that concerns me is the hinges are different and the hinge stops from the old hinges can't mount on the new ones but no stops came with the new ADF.
Are they using them anymore or did the redesign make them pointless? They have screw holes and dimples to locate hinge stop plates but I can't find a part number so I suspect if they still issue them, they should have come with the hinges. The ADF came as a complete unit so I have no idea if the hinges come with stops anymore or not.
Anybody know if you still need them?
