    BizHub Pro c6500 problem pawer

    Hallo

    I have a konica minolta BizHub Pro c6500 that wont power up...
    i have a problem with and I have a yellow pollution in waves,if you print something white, is seen as a dirt


    I tried another drive laser, the result is the same,I cleaned cylinders, less transfer belt

    please help my :-)

    I think I need a translator.
    Which is it, wont power up or a copy quality issue?

      my BizHub Pro c6500 does not start..no PAWER..not feed supply :-) is dead

        Try to check in the back of your printer for a white fuse on the power supply board
        all printers should have a 5-6A fuse to prevent board from burning
