    Fk-502 c353 vs c451?

    Is the fk-502 the same across models such as c353 and c451?

      The FK-502 was used in several models including the Bizhub 751. The mount kits for adding the fax were different from model family to family. C650, C353, C360, C252, C351, C450, 420,750/751. Firmware for the fax was model dependent also. Emujo

          Thanks. Got a c353 that won't fax. On hook dial you hear a tone but soon after dialing get a busy tone. Client must dial 9 first. They claim line is fine. Any thoughts?

              I had the same thing with a C360, same fax board, and it turned out the customer had digital lines. I plugged it into an analog line and it worked fine.

                  Had a similar problem with a kyocera . Soon after dialing the number the machine would go into a waiting state. Ended up changing the fax setting on the machine from pstn to pbx

                      double check the fax target area, ive seen that symptom if left in the default JP instead of US
                      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
                      The medication helps though...

                          Changes to pbx and worked fine. They claimed no one changed it 😂

                          By by the way, I tried the c451 board and it worked fine
