Had this error repeatedly on a number of machines,we realised it only occurred (for us anyway)on machines running non-genuine toner. The transfer cleaning unit cleaning blades/rollers seems to bind together as if there is some kind of lubricant quality missing from the non genuine toner.Run them on genuine stuff and it never comes back.As a stop gap put a fair amount of drum setting powder in the cleaning unit and it will turn for a while.
Good morning sir, its very simple, check all the toners cartidge to see if all of them are working fine, i mean, sometimes the toner become "solid" inside the cartriged and this prevents the "shaker" to work. also turn , manually, the white knob a few times to check its free.
