[Misc] Bizhub C220 has grinding noise during warm-up and while making copies

I checked out the fuser and it looks fine, and the noise doesn't seem to be coming from this area. Also pulled the toners and the waste-tank out, blocked the sensors so it would run, and it still made the same noise while running copies. What do you think? Thanks

Wox is spot on. There is a bulletin about this. The chute for waste box gets packed with toner. Remove the waste box, then remove the chute (1 screw), vacuum out the packed toner and trim mylars in chute, reassemble and you will be good to go.

Yep, just had it last Friday with a BH-C-280. Toner was blocking the waste toner chute just above the waste toner tank.
