    C550 Fiery doesnt refresh without disconnecting

    C550 Fiery doesn't refresh without disconnecting....
    Tried wiping fiery from inside command workstation - no change.

    Never had to reload software but its an old machine, any suggestions?

      Web into the fiery launch configuration. You need java and try to put it back to factory. Did you try clear server from the copier panel? The jobs will be wiped but settings remain. Best to just Web into it with Firefox or whatever browser that will open the fiery Web page.
