c364 cannot get into service mode

Gentlemen

I am a tech. Purchased one the other day. After I get into the counter screen. The display keyboard above the meter count is missing. I figured it was some kind of enhanced security. I checked the service manual for info... nothing. I need to install the movie data but it is a no go.

If it's a C364 and not a C364e, slide the display panel to one side.......

Thanks for the reply. It is a c364. I don't understand what you mean by "sliding the panel to one side."

On the non E versions the whole display will slide to the left to reveal the number keypad underneath
