pro c754 error s1 & s2

i have a konica pro c754 with a message on the command workstation giving me an error s1 and s2.

everything seems to be working perfectly fine.

i have cleaned the optics even though it was clean anyway.

the manual states ccd and cis gain adjustment failure.

i reset the message in service mode under warnings and a week later the message re occurs.

any help would be appreciated.

the message is saying something wrong with scanner in the adf, not the main ccd, try looking up in there . also in trouble reset mode do the aes adjustment after you clean everything. if it returns after that you will need to trouble shoot/replace, the adf interface cable.have seen a couple that turned out to be the dual scan board on the main body or the ribbon cable that attaches it to the mfp board.
