I'm trying to install the animation guide on a C364e using a USB and file that works on another C364e. The machine will not detect the USB is install from any port. Is there a way the USB ports can be disabled or does anyone have an idea why none of the USB ports will recognize the USB? AND/OR is there another way to upload the animation guide?

Re: Konica Minolta C364e USB NG
I just tried using an 8gb USB and it worked. Why the 2gb USB that worked in the other machine isn't working I have no idea, but at least I have the file loaded now...Comment

in some device, USB 3.0 is not worked properly. Try using USB 2.0.Comment

Re: Konica Minolta C364e USB NG
You need to have the correct firmware to match the animation guide.
Best solution is first install the latest firmware (currently GD2-M1) Then set the function version to the latest 7.
Now you can install the Animation guide, (Animation Guide Data Version G00-30)
Function Version 7 New Features - Firmware G20-J6 ver1.1.pdf
