Grad adjustment has been done since set up about 40K ago, but I cannot see the connection between that and the bad fusing. Even when reducing the density in the service mode problem exists though a little less.

from a technical standpoint, if the paper brand is not listed in this attachment its not supported unless you send Konica a couple reams to test and officially approve it with the suggested settings or they can say it wont work and thats not your problem...technically.Attached FilesWe know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

On this series you can change "User paper settings" to adjust the thickness. It allows thick setting higher than Thick 2. I think it is in service mode, or it could be in admin mode.Comment
