yesterday it work normaly, and i think that i touched something in the system while i was trying to make network setting botton displayed in the panel

When the page is covered like that it's usually a physical issue like poor drum ground.
I'm not sure how pressing buttons would cause this.

Please, call a Konica Minolta technician! He/she will have a better chance at troubleshooting in person.

Seems like a laser. Could probably put a piece of tape over part of it to verify.
