No color output from Mac 10.12 with C364e

Had to use the 10.11 driver on Mac upgraded to 10.12. Actually occurred on two Macs with 10.12

I installed the dedicated PS driver but always outputs in grayscale whether I use Auto color or full color.

Anyone seen this. Thinking it might be issue with running old driver on newer Mac OS.

Edit: Just read document explain that 10.11 driver for this model is compatible with 10.12.

Check the color settings in the cups interface.

    Open terminal. Type cupsctl Webinterface=yes
    Hit enter.
Then open a browser and type http://localhost:631/printers
It takes you to the list of printers and click on the konica.
Under the administrator drop down there is printer defaults. Look there for color mode and make sure it's set to auto.
Then apply and try to print again.
Also double check to see if the color driver is installed instead of the 364 black and white.
    Good luck.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

I will check the cups for anything out of place. I know it's not the wrong driver. I installed it. Even if it was the black and white driver I wouldn't have an option for auto color or full color.

I did everything remotely so maybe going onsite I may need to do.

I may decide to remove the driver files and queue then maybe even reset the printing system.

There no account track and I don't think this user cares about finishing options so I may even try setting it up with a laser class driver if it makes it work.

There is a new version of driver 5.4.0 for Mac OS 10.9 10.10 10.11 and 10.12 in download section of KM site. Don't use version 5.2.1 for 10.12
Should be working fine, just installed it yesterday on one Mac with 10.12

If the colour image units have reached end of life the machine will print b/w

In that case, after machine receive print job, it will be put on hold until color setting is changed manually to grayscale or canceled by user.
Job should't be executed in grayscale automatically if job is sent with color setting.

This is pretty dumb but I went onsite and they took me to a black and white 754e. The color machine was in the back and some didn't even know it was back there.
