edge of paper doesnt print on ineo 454

hello,

first i know it was a drum problem but it took me some time to change it a month or more then when i had the chance to change it same problem one edge doesn't print out so i thought the faulty

drum affected the transfer belt today i changed the transfer belt did a gradation adjust but still the same !

now the only thing i have in hand is changing the fusing unite ,

but i thought on asking your opinion on this

There is no image on your scans. Suggest you do them again.

When you click on "document properties" it states "page size" is 7.95" x 8.16"

That is what I would look into myself.

we have had bad printheads replaced on this series.

no it's the right page size it happens even when i print the counter

i changed the drum recently , what laser should i clean could you tell me more
