    Help needed Bizhub 950

    Please can someone help me.

    I am having trouble loading firmware onto a new board (image process and OACB)

    The ISWTrns tool will not let me install through USB.

    I seem to remember that there needs to be an USB driver loaded on PC before sending firmware through ISWTrns.

    This is not happening. All info would be much appreciated.

      I thought the connector was an let cable under the plate to the right side of the scanner glass.
      It's been a while though.
      Did you tell is you want to use USB instead of lpt? In one of the menus.
      We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
      The medication helps though...

          I don't remember what it looks like, but the connector you're looking for is on the print card, under a black sticker. I seem to recall it being a USB connection, and I do seem to recall a print driver being installed. It took several attempts of re-booting the MFP, then the laptop, to get the two to communicate. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
