    [Misc] Konica Minolta Bizhub C552

    I have C552 that will not display the scan screen.
    It copies and prints ok but when scan button is pressed nothing happens.
    this machine was just relocated by customer to another site.
    Anyone come across this before?

      Determine if the HDD is there and working.

          Make sure that the HDD is Set in service mode. How it becomes UnSet? I don't know, but it does. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              I am one of the causes. The HDD on these machines go bad and if its a copier only it ends up disabled and life goes on.

                  I've seen a firmware update unset it. Stopped scanning after I did firmware.
                  Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
