Hello Gentlemen,I had a Konica Minolta bizhub 554e, jam (J 32-01), only on the first copy job when the customer fired it up in the morning and only when duplexing. They would clear the jam, then the mfp would spit out the job without a problem. I called Konica, they directed me to a fix in the knowledge base center "KBA-01500433", they explained that the mfp SD3 gate solenoid of the paper exit area above the fuser was the cause. The fix was to put in a mylar 2mm thick in front of the plunger head (toward the front of the mfp and buried), being that I don't carry mylar, I used 4 ply of electrical tape, and stuck it in place with my spring hook. Once I got humpty back together again, she duplexed without issue. I hope this is useful, I look to you guys for tons of support.

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
