    konica Minolta BIZHUB 751 not printing more than one copy at a time

    Hi,
    I have a weird problem recently in one of my clients.
    Printer not printing more than one copy at a time i try in Word and Acrobat?
    Windwos 7 32 bit.
    BizHub 751 Last Driver.

    Any suggestions?

      what if you print a blank word document?
      copy is ok?

      sounds like hard drive in print controler (but need more info)

          does this happen in adf and on glass? if so clean the sensor under the drum. could also be the webb. when it reaches the limit it does this.ck the web counter and reset

              can't print a black word document.
              copy is fine.

                  I would connect my laptop via crossover cable, and test printing that way. If it prints properly, you may just have a very poor network connection. At that point, I would plug my laptop into the network cable of the customers network and ping back to the server. Watch for long ping times (more than 5 ms), and dropouts. =^..^=
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
