They're life extended that's why.

OK I understand that life extend will stretch them out to 167% but how can I tell what life they have done below 0% so like when they get to - 67%

I thought when the life extended thing was performed, it still kept the percentage in relation to the actual life left, not go past 0% but I probably got that wrong. That's what happens when you have CRS.

I dont have much expirience with A4 mfps but if i remember good from c25/35, if IU life is extended it drop to 0% then rest -67% still show 0% till life end.
I am not sure about this.

They likely will fail with image quality defects way before machine stops. Tell the customers that at zero IU life you cannot guarantee image quality or prepare yourself with IUs.
