Hi all.
I know this has been asked in the past.
I have a B454e thats only 4 mknths old,7000 copies.
I am getting the painful C9403 code.
I have tried a complete adf from our workshop machine,diffrent dual scan board,latest firmware.
Going back tomorow to strip the adf again to double check the timing again although it looked fine when i checked today.
The adf cable is the new thiner type.
I only get the code when i lower the adf onto the glass,if i trouble reset and leave it up i get no code.
Only other thing i havent tried is the mfp board as per the manual.
Am i missing something?

).At CN1-2 and 2-2 on DF power supply (DFPU) there should be 12V DC.
At CN2-5 and 6 on the DFPU there should be 5V DC.
At CN J222 on the CIS pin 5 (12V DC) and on pins 1 and 2 (5V DC).Code: C9403

Check ICP1 on DFPU for OPEN. If so, replace the DFPU.
