Hi I got an konica minolta B4050 that gives an trouble code FB45 (000.00) everytime the client sends a scan to mail it pops up. Can anyone help please?

I'm getting this, too. Researching now. K33B0, were you able to make any breakthroughs on this?
I'm having this on a C3350.
A quick search in the C3350 service manual shows FB45 being 'Asahi ASIC error (higher layer driver) JPEG compressing circuit: miscellaneous error'.
It's pointing toward the MFP board.

Solution
CAUSE:
An error code FB-45 after scanning a document as a JPEG or TIFF file type.
SOLUTION:
Set the PDF/A default setting to OFF as follows:
Press Utility Key -> Administrator Settings -> System Settings -> PDF/A default settings -> Set to [Off]
Technical Notes
This issue was resolved by base firmware A3GN30G0803-W99. Only use the solution if unable to update firmware.
