[CQ] Bizhub c652 - background with lines

getting background on first 4-50 pages after start up okay for the rest of the day
starts off dark gradually getting lighter
if list output is done, background is not on page 1,3,5 but is on 2,4,6
if printing demo page its on that

replaced k drum and dev
initialized stabilized and setup cq
cleaned drum earths and connectors

attached was printed A4

Thinking bias soo.. HV Board?

I can not see the fault
The background comes out on the double side?

The following issues are solved in this firmware.MFP firmware Ver.GCJ-D1
5. A black line image was occurred on the leading edge paper for first copy/print. [PEBAU_13000297

If doing double sided it comes out on page 2 (first page printed) page one would be okay
see attachment and zoom in. it is hard to see but its hard to explain! like a grainy image.
Struggled to pick up the background on the scan will take a photo hopefully you can see the fault then

It appears the border erase is OK so how does the background an lines look like in detail (magnification glas) - perhaps some sort of "digital" pattern? This might lead to bad memory/DIMM or laser issue.

Maybe transfer roller?
